Cars, trucks and vans in any shape. One firm quote, no tow fees and payment before the vehicle leaves.

Claresholm got its start as a spot where steam trains stopped for water. The Canadian Pacific line reached the area in 1891. Today, Highway 2 carries most of the traffic, and the town still sits right on the main route south.
Life on that route puts a lot of kilometres on a vehicle. Calgary is about 125 km north. Lethbridge is about 91 km to the southeast. Sooner or later, one of your vehicles stops earning its keep. Our cash for cars Claresholm service gives you a firm number for it. We tow it away for free and pay you before it leaves.

During the Second World War, Claresholm was home to RCAF Station Claresholm. It opened in June 1941 under the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan. Pilots trained there at No. 15 Service Flying Training School until March 1945.
The base came back to life in the 1950s to train more pilots, then closed in 1958. Its old hangars were turned over to industrial use. Part of the old base is now the Claresholm Industrial Airport. The Claresholm Museum even keeps a Link Trainer from those days.
Machines have always mattered here. Tractors, grain trucks, shop trucks and family cars all keep the town running. But when one is worn out, it should not sit and rust. It can become money instead.
Southern Alberta weather is hard on vehicles. Chinook winds can push the temperature from well below freezing to well above it in a few hours. That kind of swing is tough on batteries, seals and paint.
When a repair bill costs more than the vehicle is worth, selling it is often the smarter move.

We give you a real number on that call, not a guess.
Claresholm is a longer drive, so we'll confirm a pickup time when you call. Tell us if the vehicle is in town or on a farm.
You sign the bill of sale, you're paid at pickup, and we load the vehicle for free.
Maybe a car died in your garage off Highway 2. Maybe a truck sits in a shed on a farm east of town. Either way, we can haul it out. Let us know if the tires hold air and whether the wheels turn. That helps us bring the right gear. See how a farm-lane pickup goes on our junk car removal page.
Some vehicles are past saving. A rusted shell behind a barn can still leak oil, fuel and coolant into the dirt. We take those vehicles away and send them for proper recycling. Fluids are drained, the battery is pulled, and the steel goes back into use. Your yard gets cleaner, and you get paid for it.
A car that won't pass an inspection still has value. Its steel, its parts and its catalytic converter all count. We look at the whole picture and give you one firm price. If the car matches what you told us, that price holds when the driver shows up.
Ranches and farms around Claresholm use trucks hard. A half-ton with a cracked box or a one-ton with a tired diesel is still worth something. We buy them with rust, high kilometres and engine trouble. See our cash for trucks page for the details on how we price trucks.
Summer storms can build fast over the open prairie. A few minutes of hail can dent a roof, a hood and a trunk lid. If your insurance deductible makes the fix not worth it, we'll buy the car as it is. Most hail-damaged cars still drive, and that helps your offer.
Claresholm is a long way from our Calgary base, but you still pay nothing for the tow. The cost is never taken out of your offer. It's true for a car on a town street or a van at the end of a farm lane. Every dollar of the quote stays yours.
Answer yes or no to each question. Three or more yeses means it's probably time to call.
Heavier trucks and vans carry more steel.
A vehicle that starts and moves is often worth more.
Selling off the engine or wheels first usually costs you more than it earns.
Heavy rust or a crushed frame lowers the value.
Having the registration and ID ready keeps it simple.
